If you're having trouble syncing your device we have a couple of tips to help resolve this issue!
Check to see if all your apps are up to date as well as your device firmware. This can be done via the app store/play store and the device application.
Make sure your device data has reached your device application.
Oura: Open your Oura app and ensure the your Oura ring is connected by clicking on the ring icon on the upper right corner of the application.
Garmin: Open the Garmin Connect app and click on the sync button on the upper right corner.
Apple: Open the Apple Health app and sync your data.
Restart both the PeakPath app and the device app.
