At PeakPath, we offer the option to return Oura rings to reduce environmental impact and lower costs for your employer. Returned rings are carefully sanitized and repurposed for colleagues within the same company.
To ensure we can reuse the ring, the criteria below must be met.
Return criteria
For a ring to be eligible for reuse, all of the following must apply:
Condition
The ring must be in good condition, with no scratches-
All parts included
You must return:The Oura ring
The charging plate and charging cord
The original packaging, including both the box and the paper spool
If any parts are missing, the ring cannot be repurposed and you will need to buy out the ring.
How to return your ring
Please follow these steps carefully.
Charge the ring to 100%
Confirm in the Oura app that the circle in the top right corner is fully closed, or check that the charger shows a green light.Factory reset the ring
This is important to ensure that none of your personal data remains on the device.-
Repack the ring
Place the ring back in its original box. Include both the white and brown boxes if you have them.
Roll the charging cord neatly around the paper spool provided in the box.
Put a sticky note with your name and company name on the box.
Return via your company administrator
Hand the box to your company administrator, who will arrange shipping back to PeakPath.If you do not have a local administrator, please send the ring using a tracked shipment to:
