Welcome aboard to PeakPath! Here is how you connect your Apple Watch with PeakPath.
- Download the PeakPath App from the App Store.
- Sign up using your work email.
- Go through the PeakPath onboarding in the app. When the onboarding is finished you will have the option to connect a device. Choose “I have a device” and then choose “Apple” and follow the instructions.
- Make sure you have sleep data capture enabled on your Apple Watch. Here is guidance on how to track your sleep using your Apple Watch
- The next morning after wearing your Apple Watch with the PeakPath app installed, a synthesis of your Apple Watch data will be available in the data tab of the PeakPath app. If for some reason this does not work, please reach out to support@peakpath.com
Pro tips for success:
- Stay updated. To make sure you get the latest PeakPath app updates, go into App Store > Settings > App Updates > enable
- Put PeakPath up front. Put the PeakPath app on your phone’s front screen. This will remind you to use the app and not miss messages from your coach
- Charge during daytime. Keep your Apple Watch on during the night since this is when the best data is collected. Establish a routine to charge it during the day/evening
